Liquidation of Bellzone Mining plc
13 Dec 2018Alan Roberts and Ben Rhodes of Grant Thornton Jersey were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bellzone Mining plc (‘the Company’) on 13 December 2018.
The Company is insolvent and unable to pay its debts.
The Joint Liquidators are assessing the assets and liabilities of the Company but it is, at present, too early for them to provide an estimate of any return to creditors.
It is unlikely that there will be any return to shareholders. The Joint Liquidators will issue a statement to creditors and shareholders when they are in a position to do so.
