At a duly convened meeting of the creditors called under Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 Alan John Roberts and James Robert Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors under Article 161 thereof.
All creditors of the above company are required on or before the Friday 29th January 2016 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
