Grant Thornton, home to the largest Recovery & Reorganisation teams across the Channel Islands, are pleased to announce, Andrea Harris, Ben Rhodes and Alan Roberts have once again been recognised in the Lexology Index.
The Lexology Index (formerly known as Who’s Who Legal) is a global research platform that identifies leading practitioners and experts across a wide range of sectors. Its findings are based on independent research and feedback from clients, peers and industry experts.
Andrea Harris, Ben Rhodes and Alan Roberts have all been recognised in the most recent Asset Recovery categories, reinforcing the depth and quality of experience within Grant Thornton’s advisory offering.
Andrea is Head of Advisory at Grant Thornton Channel Islands and a specialist in restructuring, insolvency and forensic investigations, with experience spanning multiple jurisdictions. She plays a leading role within the global insolvency community, serving as President and Director on the board of INSOL International. Andrea is also actively involved in key industry bodies, including the Guernsey Insolvency Rules Committee, and was the Founding Co-Chair of the Channel Islands network of the International Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
Ben is Head of Recovery & Reorganisation at Grant Thornton Channel Islands specialising in restructuring, insolvency, asset recovery and forensic investigations, with experience across complex cross-border matters. He regularly takes both contentious and non-contentious appointments. Ben is a UK licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Fellow of INSOL International and is actively involved in the profession, serving as an Executive Member of ARIES and sitting on both the ARIES Legal & Regulatory Committee and the Guernsey Insolvency Rules Committee. He has also been a member of the main committee of the Guernsey STEP branch since 2019 and has lectured for the INSOL International Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law.
Alan is a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton Channel Islands, specialising in restructuring and insolvency, with over 35 years’ experience across a broad range of engagements. His expertise includes asset recovery, cross-border contentious litigation, forensic accounting and financial crime investigations, and he has acted as an expert witness on complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
