Experience
Danielle Almond is an Associate Director in Grant Thornton Guernsey's Audit team. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and joined Grant Thornton in 2019. She previously spent 8 years in a professional services firm in the UK, where she gained extensive experience in auditing various industries and medium and large groups.
She has delivered audit and assurance services for a wide range of clients across both financial services and non‑financial services sectors, reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards.
In addition, Danielle is a member of Grant Thornton’s Accounting Technical Team and Audit Learning & Development team. In this capacity, she supports audit teams through the delivery of technical training and guidance, assists with resolving complex accounting queries, and provides tailored training to clients on the application of accounting standards.
