Liz is a Tax Director within the Channel Islands tax team and is based in the Guernsey office.
Liz joined Grant Thornton in 2009 and has worked in the tax team since then.
She manages a broad portfolio of clients including personal and corporate clients. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with a variety of tax matters in particular Guernsey & UK personal and company tax including both advisory and tax compliance.
This includes advising high net worth resident individuals from a Guernsey perspective who are looking to relocate to the island, Guernsey incorporated companies, both trading and investment. In addition, Liz works with colleagues across the international Grant Thornton network to assist groups located in multiple jurisdictions.
Liz has been actively involved in advising multinational groups on the practical application of the OECD's Pillar Two global minimum tax regime. Her experience includes assessing group obligations, advising on registration and filing requirements, navigating safe harbour provisions, and coordinating cross-border compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions. Working alongside Grant Thornton member firms worldwide, she helps clients understand and respond to the evolving international tax landscape.
Liz sits on the GSCCA tax sub committee.
