Experience
Oliver is an Associate Director in the Recovery and Reorganisation team, based in Guernsey, and takes appointments as a Liquidator in the Channel Islands. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds the IPA’s Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI).
Oliver’s experience includes managing contentious insolvency and complex
restructuring assignments in jurisdictions including the Channel Islands, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. Oliver started his career in the Audit and Assurance department of a Big 4 accountancy firm and has worked in insolvency and restructuring since 2016.
Sector experience
- Oliver’s sector experience encompasses funds, private equity, construction, insurance and other trading businesses.
- He regularly advises clients on cross-jurisdictional recovery matters, and also has significant experience in complex fraud and forensic investigations.
- He also enjoys advising clients in relation to solvent restructuring matters.
