Assessment process

A member of the Grant Thornton People & Culture team will make contact with you to arrange assessment times and location.

Our assessment process is designed to get the best from you. Our process may vary, depending on the seniority of the position you are applying for.

All will involve a biographical interview and a technical and behavioural competency based assessment of your suitability for the role. The interviews will be a chance for us to learn more about your previous experiences, technical skills and interests, and to provide an opportunity for you to get to know us, the culture at Grant Thornton and the requirements of the role.

The process may also include personality profiling and a presentation to the recruitment panel.
